Parent and Tot
Our Parent and Tot gymnastics class is the perfect opportunity for parents to bond with their little ones, while introducing them to the world of gymnastics. In this class, children will develop their motor skills, coordination, and balance through fun and engaging activities. Our experienced coaches will guide parents and children through the class, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Beginner Ages 5-8
Our beginner gymnastics class is designed to provide a solid foundation for those who are new to the sport of gymnastics. Our experienced coaches will guide you each step of the way, teaching you the basics of gymnastics in a safe and supportive environment. Ninja Gymnastics
Join our Ninja gymnastics class, where fun meets fitness! This class is perfect for those who have an interest in competitive gymnastics and are ready to learn more advanced techniques and skills. Preschool Ages 3-5
Our preschool gymnastics class is designed to introduce young children to the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and safe environment. Through a variety of activities and games, children will develop their coordination, balance, and strength while also improving their social skills and confidence. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to providing a positive and engaging experience for every child in the class.
Beginner Ages 9+
In our beginner gymnastics class for ages 9 and up, children will learn the basics of gymnastics, and will begin developing skills on balance beam, bars, floor and vault. Experienced coaches will guide them through each event, helping them build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Recreation Level 3/4
Join our gymnastics class designed specifically for those who have USAG Level 3/4 gymnastics skills but prefer a non-competitive environment. SuperStars - Developmental Preschool

Competitive Gymnastics

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? Our competition team is just what you need! With USAG compulsory levels 2-5 and optional levels 6-10, you'll have the chance to compete at local and out of state meets, as well as state, regional, and national competitions. Our team is guided by a team of highly skilled and dedicated coaches committed to maximizing each athlete's potential. Emphasizing skill development, strength training, and mental resilience, our coaches offer tailored guidance to every gymnast. They cultivate a positive and motivating atmosphere that promotes both teamwork and individual growth. Get ready for an exciting and rewarding experience. Join our team today!
Our classes are offered year-round, so you are able to join at any time! We have a registration fee of $38 (individual) or $64 (family). If you join mid month, we will prorate the monthly fees accordingly. We also offer a 10% discount on the monthly class fee for the 2nd family member, and 15% off for the 3rd.
